Written by Arthur Kober and Joshua Logan, WISH YOU WERE HERE was a great hit on Broadway and London's West End in the 1950s - and its success was due in no small measure to the terrific score by Harold Rome. Of course, everyone knows the title song, but the score is full of the wittiest and most tuneful numbers, including Ballad of a Social Director, Don Jose of Far Rockaway, and Certain Individuals. There are so many of them, and they are performed with great style by the talented cast, among them Jack Cassidy, Patricia Marand, Sheila
Bond and Sidney Armus.
